Holiday Home - Annual Costs

We have four categories of holiday Home and each category attracts a different pitch fee.

Pitch fees include Rates, Water and Sewage, and Electricity if not metered separately.

The Season is 3rd week March until 30 September with October optional bonus month at only £95 + vat extra

Category A is a Small Pitch with no electric meter

Category B is a Big Pitch with no meter - 10ft wide caravan

Category C is a 12ft wide caravan with no meter

Category D is a 12ft wide caravan with electric meter

Winter usage

We are closed from 1 Nov to 15 Dec each year.

Winter usage is on a 'pay as you go' basis with min. charge being one month regardless of your length of stay. Winter 08/09 is £164 per month or part thereof, payable at Reception in advance.

Christmas/New Year stay would incur a one month charge.

This price includes Rates, Water, Sewage and VAT. Electric will be metered for winter usage.

It is important that all caravans are drained down to prevent frost damage when not in use in the winter months. This is a service we can provide for you if required.
